Cheri Butcher home: 847-468-9356 or cell 847-337-0759. After school care will be provided in the cafeteria from 2:10p.m. until 4:30p.m. on days school is in session all day. Please advise your child to come directly to the cafeteria upon dismissal. We will provide a safe environment where the students will have time in the gym or outside, homework/quiet time, and free time (games, coloring, movie, etc.). A snack will also be provided. The rate is $7.00 per child/per day. You will be charged for the days that you sign up for, providing your child is in attendance for a full school day. After school care is not available on half days. There is a two-day minimum requirement. If your child will not be attending after school care, please notify us with either a note or a phone call. A five-minute grace period is given for pick-up. Starting at 4:36p.m. there will be a $1.00 per minute late fee, with a minimum fee of $10.00. Payment can be made weekly or bi-weekly in the form of a check (made out to St. Laurence) or cash. Your canceled check will be your only receipt. Payment will be accepted by Meredith or Cheri, or please send it to school with your student in a separate envelope marked “after school care”. We do not charge a late payment fee, however; if paying late is a re-occurring problem, we will ask for payment in advance. Waiver: Please be advised that every student must provide his or her own insurance coverage. The after school program does not provide any type of insurance in the event an accident occurs. |
