Manna

MANNA INFORMATION
WHAT IS MANNA?
Manna is a program offered by St. Laurence School which gives families an opportunity
to earn tuition credit as well as raise funds to benefit the school when they shop for
groceries, family and home needs.
WHO CAN USE MANNA?
Parents looking to offset the cost of Catholic education for their children at St. Laurence
School. Families can have relatives and friends order Manna Certificates and designate
their credit earnings go to the family as well. A request can also be made to designate all
credits be directed to the school.
HOW DOES MANNA EARN CREDIT?
Certificates offered in the Manna Program are purchased in quantity. Vendors offer a
discount on these certificates. The certificates are then offered at face value to Manna
participants and are used like cash. A family will earn 50% of the discount offered
toward their family tuition and the other 50% will be credited to the school. A family
may also designate 100% of the discount to be credited to St. Laurence School.
CAN MANNA MAKE A DIFFERENCE?
Yes! For example, if a family purchases $200 in Manna certificates bi-weekly at a 5%
discount, they would earn $130 for the year. The school would earn the same amount
less any fees incurred by the purchase.
WHEN CAN I START USING MANNA?
The best time is NOW! A registration form and additional information will be sent home
with the first Tiger Tracks. The Manna program will run bi-weekly. The sooner you
begin using Manna, the sooner you will start earning tuition credit.
